Like many community associations, we have a set of written design review standards and processes.  The standards have been carefully developed to reflect a balance between individual rights and the good of the entire association—that is, property values. Residents are encouraged to become familiar with the community's covenants, conditions and restrictions which can be found in the Documents section.

About Our Community

The Katy Creek Ranch Community is a beautiful neighborhood of over 600 homes located in Katy, Texas just South of I-10. The community is zoned to Cinco Ranch High School and the Katy Independent School District.

Katy Creek Ranch Garage Sale
Katy Creek Ranch HOA is hosting the Spring 2016 Garage Sale this Saturday and Sunday, April 9th  & 10th from 8:00 am – 12:00 noon each day. A sign has been placed at the main entrance advertising this event.
Each resident is responsible for pricing and placing their items out on their driveway for sale. Any items that do not sell MUST be removed from public view by the end of day Sunday, April 10th. Please be advised that individual garage sales are prohibited by the deed restrictions for Katy Creek Ranch. Any homeowner wishing to have a garage sale at their home must participate in either the Spring or Fall community garage sale dates, hosted by the Homeowners Association.
